Okay WordPress got off a bad start. Typed my first entry, and it hanged on me at the photo upload page. I guess I’ve got to keep pressing Save in between editing. (Edit: there seems to be some problems inserting pictures too, I kept saving but the picture below didn’t show up.)
I was saying, a blog requires emotional investment. So its not that easy to walk away from one you had for the longest time to set up somewhere new and flashier. Multiply.com served me well the past few years, but several of its features have since been taken over (in my life) by Facebook eg. photo uploading, contact list. And now Multiply’s just an online journal for me, with features that could be improved, eg. no free customizable sidebar.
And it doesn’t help that the default WordPress font is so pretty.
So I guess for now I’ll flirt around somemore before deciding whether I will give my heart to someone new.

i need interesting content to attract people to my blog. maybe i should post the poem that locked me out, made me sleep at your place for the first time, and took 11 hours to write.
